This personal data protection policy aims at providing you with information about the commitments and measures taken by NOERDEN, a simplified joint stock company with a single shareholder, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 842 202 319, whose head office is located at 30, Cours Albert 1er – 75008 PARIS (hereinafter “NOERDEN”), to ensure that your rights are respected.

As needed for the proper implementation of the services offered by NOERDEN on the mobile application it edits (hereinafter the “Application”), NOERDEN may collect, in whole or in part, your following personal data:

When collecting this information, NOERDEN informs you if some data must compulsorily be provided or if they are optional. We also inform you of the possible consequences of a lack of response.

Under the principle of data minimization or “Privacy by default”, NOERDEN ensures to only collect and process the data strictly needed regarding the purpose for which they are processed.

  • Aims of the collection

The personal data collected are processed by NOERDEN for any of the following purposes:

    • Allow users to access to all the services offered on the Application
    • Ensure the management and follow-up of user relationships
    • Ensure the management of prospecting
    • Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
    • Reach users with targeted advertising.
  • Grounds of the collection

This data collection is systematically based either on the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures, or on the consent of the person concerned, or on compliance with a legal obligation.

  • Data recipients

NOERDEN only communicates personal data to its authorized internal services, subsidiaries or affiliated companies, subcontractors and public bodies, exclusively to meet its legal obligations.

Personal data shall not be transferred, rent, exchanged or transferred to a third country or an international organization.

Your personal data are stored for three (3) years after their collection once you have expressed your consent to the collection and provided that you have not subsequently withdrawn your consent. This period is renewed at each positive response from you following a personalized solicitation measure.

Your personal data are stored for the whole duration of your contractual relationship with us.

  • Data security

NOERDEN ensures the security of your personal data by implementing organizational and technical security measures.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all information you input. In addition, we work in collaboration with an extern payment service provider who manages all payments made on the website.

  • Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, oppose, limit (i.e. your data is temporarily made inaccessible), delete your personal data, as well as the right to their portability.

By exercising his portability right, the user may (i) either request the return of his personal data (ii) or request the transfer of the data to a third party designated by him.

To exercise these rights, you are required to send an email to NOERDEN at the following email address: service@noerden.eu. Each request must be accompanied by a proof of identity.

Where there is a reasonable doubt regarding your identity, you may be asked to provide additional information for additional information necessary to confirm your identity.

In manifestly unfounded, excessive or repeated requests, NOERDEN may refuse to access them.
